I can't find the compressed package for installing DRAGEN. How can I install DRAGEN?

The source code for DRAGEN is not available on GitHub. However, DRAGEN v.4.2 is freely available for academic institutions upon request at dragen-info@illumina.com and is hosted on AWS with a free trial.
