[feat] #22 I have Improved the Note-Typing Box and also Improve the arrangements of Navbar.

I have merged you PR but it has caused some problems.

  1. Earlier it was responsive in phone screen, now it is not.
  2. Changing navbar link address has caused unnecessary problem.
