Use gender-neutral language and idiomatic phrasing. #373

Replace "he" with "they" where appropriate. Update to idiomatic English phrases for business terms (e.g., "business days" instead of "labor days", "application form" instead of "form to apply", and so forth).

There may still be some cases that could be further updated. I was intentionally conservative in my edits to avoid changing the meaning, and only updated the text where it was clearly not an EU or Spanish legal term of art.

Otherwise, there are a few cosmetic changes (punctuation, whitespace) that were incidental to the changes described above.

LGTM, but... is it clear that this is only needed if the new mate is moving to Spain? Because if they're working remote, this would not apply. If it may be not that obvious, I'd add a disclaimer at the very top of the page.

That is a good question, but I do not know the answer. I'm intentionally not making any changes to the content here, because I do not know the legal implications. I'd be glad to help with larger structural changes in a separate PR though.

Ping @jorgeschnura and @estherrgarcia, do you have any further comments before I merge this?
