internal integrity error src 0 != 2 #346

Hey, thanks for the great work!

Looks like if the --languages flag is set, the process runs into an error on commits with empty files.

I am having the same issue. Is there a fix or workaround i can do? I am currently running this on a project with large text files and source code in the same repo. I would like to separate the source code from other data. Otherwise the charts I'm generating are looking very weird.
