Create a status dashboard #282

Create a simple Sysdig dashboard that include all lookout pods from staging (CPU, HDD, RAM, net) and share it with the team.

It's part of the Q3 ORKs and it would be the place that eventually, more app-specific metrics could be exposed.

Having a separate dashboard (Kibana or equivalent) per-deployment for logs makes perfect sense as well.

This issue was dropped from OKRs, but can be considered as a feature-idea here
