Typos dataset

• add the script to add commit hash and filename
• add dataset with 1836 samples

Now we have 941 commits for evaluation. There is a minor change in dataset columns, that should be addressed after https://github.com/src-d/style-analyzer/pull/737 will be merged.

Also I add a header to research/typos_dataset.csv.gz.
