[FEAT(steamdeck)]: Option for non fullscreen modals/popups, but keep colors #9

Color scheme is great, but it would be nice to have an option for regular sized/layout modals with the srcery color scheme. Will try and make a pr soon

https://github.com/srcery-colors/srcery-steam-themes/pull/8 has been updated to also include this option. previous options left untouched

forgot to close this now that its been implemented
