Uploading failed #49

What steps will reproduce the problem?
When i use google uploader to upload mails from apple mails, i select the mbox 
file. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When uploading starts, following errors comes for all messages.

Message did not upload
   The operation couldn’t be completed. (Permanent failure: Insert failed, badly formed message.)
   /Users/mac/Library/Mail/V2/Mailboxes/Import-2.mbox/acon.mbox/5D9AC956-7643-4802-B124-28314E3D901A/Data/8/1/Messages/18959.emlx
