Renamed various classes and parameters
Replaced 'batch' with 'chunk' wherever applicable

Migration Scripts

Rename maxBatchSize to maxChunkSize in tofhir-server application configuration
Rename maxBatchSize to maxChunkSize in tofhir-engine application configuration
Rename mappings[x].sourceContext to mappings[x].sourceBinding in mapping job definitions
