AnalyticsRules - MITRE Techniques missing #14

Hello. After exporting successfully AnalyticsRules in ARM Templates, it was observed that MITRE Technique codes are missing. MITRE tactics are exported but the corresponding techniques are missing in the exported ARM templates. Thank you.
