cleanup block causes exception #266

*What steps will reproduce the problem?*

The existence of a cleanup block may cause a casting exception while executing 
the where block (As reported in 
http://groups.google.com/group/spockframework/browse_frm/thread/c0d532c4f8041d60
 )

*What version of Spock and Groovy are you using?*
Groovy 1.8 and Spock 0.6
