Initial work to solve #447

Thanks @jacek-kurlit !

I'll take a look here in the next few days. Don't worry about the failing tests. Its because of forks not having access to GitHub Secrets. I'll run the tests locally. I'll let you know soon. There may be a few things needing to change but from what I saw while glancing it looked decent.
