[AndroidTV] Bouquet descriptions are displayed as services #116

within bouquets are being displayed as available services. These should either be ignored or used in the UI to describe the bouquet. For example, if the description is different from the bouquet name then display the description after the bouquet name in the label line. If the description is the same as the bouquet name then the description should probably be ignored.
