[AndroidTV] Add option to hide unwanted bouquets #118

It would be very helpful to add an option to list the available bouquets on each "Profile" and allow the user to nominate any bouquets that should be hidden.

I suggest a negative assertion so that any new bouquets added to a receiver will automatically be listed in dreamDroid by default. It will be up to the user to hide any bouquets that they don't want to see.
