[Feature Request] Support for VPS Plugin #134

I am still not using dreamdroid to create timers, b/c VPS is not enabled in these timers. I do use the GUI of my box or autotimers to create timers.

Please integrate support for enigma2-plugin-systemplugins-vps in dreamdroid. The initial announcement of the plugin can be found here: https://dreambox.de/board/index.php?thread/16468-vps-plugin/
