No Scrollbar properties

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Right click on Scrollbar widget and select Properties
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Display at least Height and Width properties. And allow user to key in the
preferable Height and Width

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Pencil Version 1.0 on Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
