The quantity of the food is from the farmers invoice dropped by the farmer at the foodbank. The invoice is then sent to FeedingKY from the foodbank. The invoice is used to keep track of where produce goes and the price of that produce. This helps keep track of grant money spent.
A farmer can donate any crop (except berries and honey)
We changed to only use Farmers
A farmer must own at least one farm with an address because FeedingKY mostly works with farmers in the state.
The invoice in sent to FeedingKY by the Foodbank
Fixed in ER diagram
-Food banks and auctions need address because FeedingKY only works with foodbanks in KY so we need their address to make sure they are correct.
-Farmers do not attend auctions and donate invoices... This is likely a ternary relationship with produce. needs to be clarified. (Could you clarify this point please?)
Sarah kept an excel sheet of donations. If we can make the invoice table accept 0 as the totalcost, Sarah can enter these donations in the database in the invoice table.
