As far as i know this is the normal actual behavior. The core won't auto reset after a game change unless it is in another directory. (So you can swap discs for multiple discs games.) So if you don't want to manually reset the core after a game change, you'll have to put every game CHD/BIN/CUE in its own directory.
Correct , in any cd-based system it's the same. Each game should be in a separate folder.

ok , but I can not reproduce it , sometimes core requires a reset , but such problems for me do not occur.
