Latest Dual Ram Release Crashes upon Loading.

Crash while Loading

Actual Behavior

Dual Ram Crashes when Loading Core. Single Ram No Longer Loads Virtual Fighter 2

Virtua Fighter 2 works fine here , single 20240315
