Messages package name conflict #1

Hello! I was recently checking our wiki page for our own Segway packages (https://github.com/WPI-RAIL/ros_ethernet_rmp) and noticed we have a name conflict on our existing rmp_msgs package (https://github.com/WPI-RAIL/rmp_msgs). While this isn't an explicit issue yet since you are releasing into Hydro and we are in Indigo, if you were to upgrade and release we would have a conflict on the build farm.

I will change the package's name for Indigo and following releases. Sorry about that.
