non-default ghc versions #3

include these other package sets

[x] include handpicked ghc versions
[x] upstream MapRoute https://github.com/EmaApps/ema/issues/144
[x] nav bar to display ghc versions
[ ] don't hardcode compiler versions list in Nix (fix the evaluation issue)

this seems to require building those ghc's
