This is but an extension of the Daily notes feature, but at a more fine-grained temporal axis. If daily notes deal with ... day granularity, mood tracker deals with hour/minute granularity.
The backlinks panel will have to deal with these granularities (non-permanent notes) accordindly. See also #8
