Go back to `agenix` (via `ragenix`) #57

I used agenix in the beginning. Then switched to sops-nix whilst completely overlooking the fact that, unlike the former, the latter does not support macOS. Thereon, I started using colmena transient secrets w/ 1Password.

Now, it is time to go back tried and true approach. This is relevant for a tutorial to be soon published.
