Option to have no icons #40

It should be possible to display no folder/document icon at all.

Pass 
    data.icon: false,
to prevent display of a document or folder icon.

Default is 
    data.icon: null,
causing a standard icon to be displayed

When icons are disabled, node labels look vertically misaligned. They seem more 
bottom aligned.
