$("#tree").dynatree("disable") doesn't gray out the control #85

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Call (Fixed $("#tree").dynatree("disable") and collpsing using the...)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Control does not turn gray.
Instead a log error in firebug.

Fixed with r200
