tree work not right in Opera #89

Problem: tree work not right,
clickable area shifted vertically

I tried with Opera 9.63, and it looks Ok.
How can the problem be reproduced?

It is not work with doctype
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"
"http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd">

but your script require doctype
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN"
"http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd">

this issue not DEFECT!
this issue FEATURE!
