Feature Request: Images as Scatter Chart Points #354

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In addition to being able to set the points to circles, squares, etc, I would 
like to be able to set the points to a bitmap

Please provide a source code snippet that we can use to replicate the issue.

What version of the product binary library are you using?
