implement controllers #1

controllers should be running separately, if possible
- current async approach is suboptimal and threads in Python are practically not existent
- implement abstract base class or interface for now
- alternative: implement option to have controllers running as separate process having access to multiple siblings, requires shared mem or message queue etc.

nearly done... I started work on moving the creation / build of sibling topologies also to the controllers in a local branch. However, I also started some pylint improvements, using abract base classes (ABC) etc. and got stuck. Maybe this should be moved to a later milestone, as now we have sort of a minimum viable product using separate processes, controllers, appsm queue-based communication successfully working etc.
