Droid Razr Maxx not charging #133

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install BIP
2.Daily use then wifi tethering 
3.Plug phone in at beginning of tethering to ps3 for streaming Netflix

What is the expected outcome? What happens instead?
Battery level should be higher, even with constant streaming. Instead now lower 
as if not plugged in.

What branch (Free or Pro) and version (number) of the app are you using?
Pro version provided on this site

Which device are you using?
Rooted Droid RAZR Maxx stock

Which carrier are you using?
Verizon 

What language is your device set to?
English

Which version of Android are you using?
2.3.6

Do you have an "Task Killer" or similar apps installed?
No

Please provide any additional information here:
The only way I have been able to make it charge again is to delete BIP and 
clear battery stats in ClockworkMod Recovery.

I don't see any way that this app could interfere with the charging of your 
device.  If you see a correlation, it is almost certainly just a coincidence.
