Cannot use menu after updating to official Android IceCream 4.0.4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Once updated to Android Icecream, the menu mobile button only gives choice 
to close.
2. I reinstall Battery Indicator and the menu choice disaapears.

What is the expected outcome? What happens instead?
I can´t change settings, sizes, language, etc.

What branch (Free or Pro) and version (number) of the app are you using?
Battery Indicator Pro 5.1.4

Which device are you using?
Google Samsung Nexus S.

Which carrier are you using?
Spanish Pepephone

What language is your device set to?
Spanish

Which version of Android are you using?
Android 4.0.4

Do you have an "Task Killer" or similar apps installed?
No.

Ice Cream Sandwich / Android 4.0 introduces a drastic change to the Android 
user interface.  Many actions that used to only be available through the menu 
button are now available via on-screen icons instead.  Battery Indicator's 
Logs, Settings, and Help are all at the top of the screen now.  Depending on 
your device, they probably look like a clock icon, a wrench icon, and a 
question mark icon, respectively.
