There isn't a setting menu available #181

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.There isn't a setting menu available.

What is the expected outcome? What happens instead?  There isn't a menu.  If I 
hit the menu button, the only option is to close the program.

What branch (Free or Pro) and version (number) of the app are you using?
I've tried this using both the free and pro versions with the same results.

Which device are you using? Moto Razr Maxx

Which carrier are you using? Verizon

What language is your device set to? english

Which version of Android are you using? ICS - 4.0.4 system version 
6.16.211.xt912.Verizon.en.US

Do you have an "Task Killer" or similar apps installed? no

Please provide any additional information here:

That's the expected behavior; ICS moves many menu items onto the screen.  
There's something called an Action Bar just below the status bar, where you 
will find the settings button.

Thanks - feel like an idiot as I didn't notice the action bar until you 
mentioned it.

No worries, it's a major change to the user interface, and you're hardly the 
first person to be confused by it.  Ultimately I think it's worth it, but it's 
a confusing change at first.
