Cant charge

Hi, I'm on the latest version is., 1.1.1 and I noticed a strange bug that if it hits the limit and we turn off the service and plug the charger in...it won't charge until a restart...kindly look onto this issue as its a menace to reboot every time after using this wonderful feature Thanks in advance
