API Specs for vega repo :
vega repo add https://github.com/azure/draft # merge with .vega/starterkits
vega repo add https://github.com/vs4vijay/vega-starterkits # merge with .vega/starterkits
Whatever repo has been added, it should have "starterkits/" folder, then only we should consider this as valid starterkits repo. otherwise throw an error
Can we also make provision to add local folder like this: vega repo add /Users/viz/Globe #JustSuggesting
