2.Pages dont download beyond certain number. Investigate. Will update more details on this

Update : Tamil Image name lengthy, insert rename file function in wiki2cd.py

~~1. Images with _( ) break in the perl command. Handle a way to run the proper perl script in wiki2cd.py.~~ Fixed

Images with long unicode word cause filelength to exceed OS limits. Used md5 hash
Search and replace in toc creator was fixed to replace only full match / not partial matches.
