Fix PyQuery cleanup to work with mw 1.17 #8

Current cleanup method breaks everything in the page with mediawiki 1.17 skins. Fix it!

Seems almost finished. Checked running with the tawiki2cd.sh file. Output is raw as expected. Cleanup is fixed for time being, but should test it over a number of pages :P
