Package for Node.js #3

This pull request provides the package.json file that can be used for distributing FD.js on NPM.

Once you've merged this, you can publish the package via npm publish.

If you don't have NPM available, I'll be happy to do that too :-)

Thanks again! npm install fdjs now pulls v0.1.0.
