injected html code reported by google developer tool as "unmatched </meta> encountered. Ignoring tag #183

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using Google Chrome to read BW book, mouse right-click -> inspect element -> 
view resources  9 errors identified in .html file

Injected lines 6 & 7 are not properly coded (lacking </meta>)
