MathML epub not validated #190

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. MathML embedding file is not validated

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
epub

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
EPUB3 Windows XP professional

Please provide any additional information below.
The MathML validates in individual xhtml (in mozhila & Internet explorer view) 
but as a package epub file was not validated with the MathML files. Please 
suggest how to rectify the validation errors or a compatible validation tool 
for EPUB3
