Date Picker modal on iOS #13

when clicked on to pick a new date. The picker pops up but i can't see any numbers. However, i can still pick the date, i just dont know what date i am picking until i say confirm.

tried on a different phone, and it works so lets see if restarting my phone works

apparently its only on my phone
