Changes I'd recommend:

The typo fix in tutorial (example/)
Using "find_package" to import Boost lib
Moving away from bits/stdc++.h as this may not be compatible w other environments
Few lines of code to check that all the input files exist
Cleaning up empty spaces and tabs (I haven't touched any code relating to the algo, just cleaning up)

Overall it should compile on Hoffman and run, as well as on Mac if Boost is installed.
