1) Professor Registration Screen 1 to 4 (including elements)

Tania,

I have created a folder called android in the repository for you to check in all android specific stuff under it. If there are images or assets that are common to both android and ios, check it in under common folder.

I have moved this issue to 3rd sprint. That includes 3 to 8 screens Upto ( View class details for prof dashboard) as discussed @TaniaSolo
