We have decided to not take legal action on this issue. However, you can mark
the app
inappropriate on Android Market, or comment on it there as we already did.

I would recommend to let the http://www.softwarefreedom.org know about this.
You just
have to inform them of the violation and they will take legal steps. They do it
all
the time and it works.

Sorry, no one asked us for the source code of aSip.
But now we provided the source code here:

RE: comment #3:
I checked out that link. I get this message:
"You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this
post."
In no way does that meet the license requirements for the source code used in
aSip.
Therefore, it looks to me like aSip should be reported to
http://www.softwarefreedom.org and the app should be marked inappropriate in the
Android market.

@vnetcorp

Your behavior so far is shameless and illegal!

Nobody asked for the source code of aSip? By using GPL code and distributing a
binary
of that code you are AUTOMATICALLY forced to publish ALL the code in and EASILY
accessible manner. You cannot wait until somebody asks you!

Moreover, you have to publish ALL the code that is distributed in the aSip
binary not
only the SipDroid code you took. I repeat: ALL the code, even code you wrote
yourself!

If nothing changes in your behavior in the next weeks I will inform the right
people
to enforce legal action against your illegal practices.

I put the file that is in that link here

http://filebin.ca/txnhut
http://filebin.ca/txnhut/aSip.tgz

So no one has to register on there board to get the file. I would be weary
about messing with it , i haven't checked its contents but VirusTotal.com gives
it a clean bill of health.

You can check the output of virustotal here
