correction: if registered to sip server directly, there is no ring back tone
(just
silence) until step 4, then receive the ring back tone back every silence.

correction: the ring-back tone comes while the other side doesn't speak for a
wile
(few seconds) but if less - it's o.k.
1. why the app can't know when the talk started and stop the ring-back tone?
2. if (1) impossible, maybe increase time before tone?

The is an option in notifications to turn this on/off. It's a feature!
