Allow connections to sip servers running on arbitrary UDP port #276

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open sipdroid, Menu -> Settings -> SIP Account Settings -> Port
2. You will able to select only a small subset of UDP (or TCP ?) ports

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The user should be able to enter a port value from 1 to 65535.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Sipdroid 1.2.4 beta on android 1.6 CyanogenMod-4.2.13, HTC Dream

Which SIP server are you using? What happens with PBXes?

Asterisk for linux, which listen for UDP/SIP connections on port 5066.

Which type of network are you using?

LAN

There already is a "custom" option for port.
