Still no ringback tone with 1.3.11 #317

There is still no ringback tone and the first 3 sec of a call are missing
if I connect directly to my VoiP provider (sipgate.de) without using PBXes.
After the call is established the voice quality is much better than by
using PBXes.

Handset: Motorola Milestone
Sipdroid version: 1.3.11
