Enhance connection by adding a contact link #188

AIM:

To add a Contact or Connect with the team link to connect with the contributors and PR

Solution:

I would like to add a connect with team link unde readme.md where I mention the steps to join the discord community for the team and steps for the same, it'll be very helpful for new contributors to start conversation and fasten there connectivity.

Please assign it to me under GSSOC' 23
