InterProScan version 5.7-48.0 and earlier:

For some match types the e-value is missing in the score column of the GFF3 
output format.

e.g. for PANTHER matches:
Q97R95  PANTHER protein_match   2   363 .   +   .   Name=PTHR11063:SF6;Target=Q97R95 2 
363;status=T;ID=match$3_2_363;date=13-11-2014
