InterProScan version 5.12-52.0: "-appl Gene3D" is not a valid input #63

Using InterProScan version 5.12-52.0 with the input "-appl Gene3D" reports an 
error (application not recognised). No other application names are affected. 
For a workaround, using the default applications will run all available 
analyses (including Gene3D).

This problem only affects InterProScan version 5.12-52.0.
