User generated Database #1

Dear All, I would like to know is there any option we can use user generated database instead of the default one? I would like to use rrNDB database. https://rrndb.umms.med.umich.edu/static/download/. I could get copy number details but how i get annotation as mentioned in the package?

Dear Monica

Thank you for your interests in panfp. My tool does not depend on 16S rRNA databases, but rather taxonomic information of representative sequences. The input is a feature-table with taxonomic assignment. Please let me know if you have further questions.
