install script accepts versions which do not exist #430

[root@centos-s-2vcpu-4gb-nyc1-01 srl-self-organizing]# bash -c "$(curl -sL https://get-clab.srlinux.dev)" -- -v 0.13
containerlab 0.13 is available. Changing from version 0.14.1.

the 0.13 version does not exist, the install script should emit the error about it
